The Town of Meeker, and the Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District, invite proposals from qualified River/Riparian Design and Project Management firms to perform professional design and construction project management services in connection with the project. Any qualified firm wishing to submit a proposal must complete a mandatory site visit.
