CLOSING BID DATE – September 20, 2022
The Town of Meeker is soliciting bids for electrical improvements at the Town Shop located at 111 Third Street in Meeker, CO. Exact specifications are available below.
A mandatory pre-bid walk-thru will be held on Friday, September 9th at 9:00 a.m. at the project site, 111 3rd Street in Meeker.
Bid proposals shall be mailed or delivered to Meeker Town Hall, 345 Market Street, Meeker, CO 81641 by 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 20th, 2022. All Bid Proposals shall be sealed in an envelope with “Town Shop Electrical” written on the front. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the regular Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday, September 20th, 2022 at 7:00 pm. The Town Board of Trustees will award the bid on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 345 Market Street in Meeker. The successful bidder must maintain workers compensation and general liability insurance in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 during the project.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informalities; and the right to disregard all non-conforming or conditional bids or counter proposals. Each proposal shall be reviewed and considered consistent with the provisions of the Town of Meeker Purchasing Policy.
