The Town of Meeker, in partnership with the Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District, is soliciting proposals for the construction of the Circle Park Meeker Riverfront project located in Meeker, CO. The project includes improvements to river access at 3^rd street, Circle Park, and 10^th street as well as landscaping, sidewalk construction, and re-paving at Circle Park, located at 1 South 5th Street.

Proposals must be received by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Proposals may be submitted by mail or hand delivered to the Town Administrator, Mandi Etheridge, at 345 Market Street, Meeker, Colorado 81641. A mandatory site visit will be held on either Friday, September 15th or Friday, September 22nd, 2023, at 11:00 am for any contractor interested in submitting a proposal.
