Build A Generation (BAG)

The Meeker Build A Generation Board consists of volunteer members from many different segments of the Community whose goal is to reduce risks and enhance protective factors for the Community's youth ages 0 - 20.  Board Members include community leaders, law enforcement personnel, social services personnel, youth, parents and other interested parties.

Meeker Build a Generation is a coalition for the prevention of problem behaviors affecting youth in the community by working in collaboration toward finding preventative solutions.

Meeker BAG Mission Statement:

“The purpose of Meeker Build A Generation is to become a single, coordinated planning body responsible for developing

and recommending strategies that encourage long term positive youth development.

The coalition will become knowledgeable in risk and protective factor prevention processes and use that knowledge

as a basis for making decision and coordinating the direction of local prevention efforts.”
